Flodesk Integrations: 15 Native + Zapier + API

Last verified Aug 27, 2026

Flodesk lists 15+ native integrations, reaches 10,000+ further apps through Zapier and Pabbly Connect combined (8,000+ via Zapier alone), and exposes 24 documented REST endpoints on the v1 API rebuilt in January 2026. Every one of those paths, native connectors, no-code platforms, the API and the first-party MCP server, is included on every paid plan at no extra cost. Flodesk does not gate integrations, API keys or webhooks behind a higher tier the way Mailchimp and Constant Contact do; it gates them behind paying at all, since API keys are unavailable on trial and free accounts.

The shape of the catalogue tells you who Flodesk is built for. The native list is heavy on creator tools. Canva, Instagram, Interact, BookFunnel, HoneyBook, ThriveCart, and light on enterprise infrastructure: no first-party WordPress plugin, no Salesforce connector, no warehouse sync. If your stack is WooCommerce, HubSpot or a custom backend you will live in Zapier, Pabbly Connect or the API, not in a one-click connector. Buyers comparing MailerLite or Kit should weigh Flodesk’s design surface against a materially shorter native list.

At a glance

15+
Native integrations
Built and maintained by Flodesk. On every paid plan, no add-on fee.

10,000+
Apps via no-code platforms
Zapier, Pabbly Connect and Make. Zapier alone accounts for 8,000+.

24
REST API endpoints
v1 relaunched January 2026: subscribers, segments, workflows, fields, webhooks.

One caveat colours every row below: Flodesk’s integrations move people, not messages. There is no send endpoint and no SMTP relay, so nothing on this page can deliver a receipt, a password reset or a WordPress form notification. They add or update subscribers, drop them into segments and push them into workflows; the workflow you built does the sending. Transactional mail needs a second provider on the same domain-Postmark, Amazon SES or Brevo.

The 30 entries below cover the native catalogue Flodesk enumerates publicly, the three no-code platforms it names, the most-connected Zapier destinations and the two developer surfaces. Flodesk publishes the canonical list at flodesk.com/integrations and the Zapier catalogue at zapier.com/apps/flodesk. Tags mark how the connection is made: NATIVE is built and supported by Flodesk in-app, ZAPIER exists only as an automation recipe, API means you write the call.

Frequently asked questions

What integrations does Flodesk have natively?

Flodesk counts 15+: Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, ThriveCart, Canva, Instagram, ManyChat, HoneyBook, Interact, Marvelous, Session, BookFunnel, BDOW!, involve.me and Grow by Mediavine, plus Stripe behind Flodesk Checkout. Five of them. ManyChat, HoneyBook, ThriveCart, Wix and Squarespace, arrived with Canva in the August 2025 release. All are included on every paid plan.

How do I connect Flodesk to Shopify?

Install the Flodesk app from the Shopify App Store, authorize it, then map which Shopify customer events land in which segment. Once customers flow into a segment the automation does the sending, including the abandoned-cart triggers added in August 2025. Data moves one way, into Flodesk: Shopify’s own order confirmations stay with Shopify.

Does Flodesk integrate with WordPress or WooCommerce?

Not natively. There is no first-party WordPress plugin, so WooCommerce orders and Elementor or Gravity Forms submissions reach Flodesk through Zapier, Pabbly Connect or a direct POST /v1/subscribers call. And to close the question people usually mean: Flodesk cannot be used with WP Mail SMTP at all. WordPress transactional mail needs a separate provider such as Postmark or Brevo on the same domain.

Flodesk and Zapier: which triggers and actions are available?

The official Zapier app exposes 3 triggers, subscriber created, added to segment, unsubscribed, and 7 actions: create or update subscriber, add to and remove from segment, add to and remove from workflow, unsubscribe, find subscriber by email. That surface reaches 8,000+ apps. No action sends an email directly: the closest equivalent is adding a subscriber to a workflow that sends on their behalf.

How do I connect Squarespace or Wix forms to Flodesk?

Both are native. Authorize the connector from the Flodesk integrations screen and pick the destination segment; Wix syncs customers and form submissions in real time, Squarespace passes checkout customers through. For a field-level mapping the connector does not expose, use Zapier or Pabbly Connect, or post to the API and set custom fields in the same call.

Does Flodesk work with Make or Pabbly Connect?

Yes, and Flodesk names both. The Make app ships 10 modules, including create or update subscriber, list segments, watch events and a generic authenticated API call covering anything Make has not wrapped. Pabbly Connect is the route Flodesk points at for Elementor, WooCommerce and Google Sheets flows, and its one-time licence tends to beat Zapier’s per-task pricing on high-volume syncs. All three authenticate with an API key, which means a paid plan, keys are unavailable on trial and free accounts.
