Moosend is an Email marketing platform founded in 2011, headquartered in Greece. Starting at $9/mo, it targets senders who can accept a platform that white-labels as Sitecore Send and routes mail over mailendo.com. Our verdict: Unlimited sends from $9/mo, with a real SMTP relay in the box. Watch for: Sold twice in four years, 42 integrations, no MCP. Rated 7.2/10 overall across ease of use, deliverability, and pricing value.
Moosend was built in Athens by Panos Melissaropoulos and Yannis Psarras, but registered in London on 30 October 2012 under another name entirely: JustDot Ltd, which became Moosend Ltd only in July 2015. Sitecore bought it in May 2021, then sold it on to Constant Contact in June 2025, and it still white-labels as Sitecore Send.
The plumbing carries a second ghost name. Mail leaves through smtp.mailendo.com and authenticates against spfa.mailendo.com — Mailendo Ltd was a separate company of Melissaropoulos’s, dissolved in 2016, whose domain still carries every message Moosend sends.
