SendX features: what you get on each plan

Last verified Aug 27, 2026
Feature TL;DR (August 2026)
SendX sells one plan priced by contact count, so no marketing feature is locked behind a tier: A/B testing, automation, segmentation and full API access are on every tier. The gating sits elsewhere. Around twenty capabilities live outside the plan as add-ons, and eight are billed separately. Sources checked 27 August 2026, the SendX pricing page and the SendX Help Center.

What the matrix does not show

The pricing page’s claim holds: no feature gates, no tier locks, because there is only one tier of features. The From plan column shows where the real line falls. Eleven rows say Every tier and nine say Free add-on, opt-in rather than sold. The eight Paid add-on rows cost money on top of the subscription, and they are not fringe: transactional sending, list verification, a dedicated IP, inbox testing and warm-up are the deliverability toolkit competitors fold into an upper tier.

Budget for the add-ons, not the plan. Each paid add-on is priced and billed separately, and the editor states that bundle discounts are not offered. Transactional sending, list cleaning and a dedicated IP mean three subscriptions above the contact-tier price, each with its own renewal date and monthly overage meter.

One figure is quoted above. The two editor surfaces publish different contact-tier ladders, so tier prices are left to the pricing tab, and the add-on prices appear on one surface only, reported here as gating rather than as amounts. When the trial ends the team locks, though contact data is kept.

Contact-tier costs and the add-on bill are on the SendX pricing page. The overall assessment is in the SendX review, hostnames and ports are under SendX SMTP settings, and comparable platforms sit under SendX alternatives.
