SendPulse: Email marketing platform

Last verified Aug 27, 2026

SendPulse is an Email marketing platform. Starting at €11/mo, it targets Small teams wanting email, chatbots, SMS and a CRM on one free account. Our verdict: Six channels on one account, published API limits and an official open-source MCP server. Watch for: 62.8 percent inbox placement, fourteenth of the fifteen platforms tested. Rated 6.1/10 overall across ease of use, deliverability, and pricing value.

What is SendPulse?

SendPulse was founded in 2015 by Konstantin Makarov and Yevgen Medvednikov. It is Ukrainian in origin, incorporated as SendPulse Inc. with offices in the United States, Brazil, Mexico and Ukraine, and its own site counted more than 200,000 customers as of 15 July 2026.

What separates it from an email tool with add-ons is that every channel is its own product with its own plan and its own free tier. Email and transactional SMTP are two distinct free allowances in the same account, 15,000 messages a month on one side and 12,000 on the other, and chatbots across six messengers are sold as a first-class product rather than an integration.
