Selzy features: what you get on each plan

Last verified Aug 27, 2026
Feature TL;DR (August 2026)
Selzy publishes three plan ladders that do not agree with each other. The pricing page sells Free, Lite, Standard and Enterprise. The help centre sells Free, Lite, Standard, Pre-paid Credits and Premium. A third help page stops at four rungs with neither Premium nor Enterprise. Read every tier below against that. Sources checked 27 August 2026: the Selzy pricing page, nine help centre articles and eleven product pages.

The A/B testing trap, and what the ladder really is

Selzy’s own FAQ says A/B testing is free. Its pricing matrix says it is not. The product page answers the question “Is email A/B testing free?” with “All A/B tests with Selzy are free”, and embeds the four-plan block directly beside that answer. The pricing matrix, read three times across both of its URLs, leaves the A/B testing row unticked for Free and ticked from Lite. The matrix is the more specific of the two, so Lite is the tier. Any comparison quoting the FAQ is wrong for the exact reader who cares.

The rest of the disagreement is structural. Nineteen of the thirty tiers rest on the pricing matrix alone, and only nine rows are backed by two Selzy surfaces that agree. Prepaid credits is a real rung, documented in three help articles down to its purchasable volumes and its overage rule, and it appears nowhere on the page where Selzy sells plans. The top rung is worse: the pricing page calls it Enterprise and gates it at 500,000 contacts, the help centre calls it Premium and describes the same managed service, and no page links the two names.

The free tier is the one number the whole site agrees on. Six surfaces state 1,000 emails a month to 100 contacts, and the contact is the billing unit, deduplicated across lists, not a recipient per send. The trial is separate at 10,000 emails to 2,000 contacts over fourteen days. Do not mix in Selzy’s other free tiers: its chatbot product allows 100 subscribers and UniOne 6,000 emails.
