Twenty rows carry a plan because the pricing page and the Help Center say the same thing about them. Six carry a dash, and the reason differs. Inbound routing and tracking are dashed because the two surfaces contradict each other: the pricing page puts inbound routing on the top tier while the Help Center gives every plan, Free included, at least one route, and the same split appears on tracking. Split testing, suppression management, logo removal and the uptime SLA are dashed because only the pricing page names them, and a single editor surface is not enough to state where a feature unlocks.
Read the ceilings, not the checkmarks. Nothing in the core sending path is withheld from the free tier, so the upgrade question is never whether a capability exists but whether a quota fits: one domain, one template, one webhook, a day of history, a hundred API calls.
Plan costs and overage rates are on the MailerSend pricing page. The overall assessment is in the MailerSend review, endpoints and rate limits are under MailerSend API, hostnames and ports under MailerSend SMTP settings, and comparable platforms under MailerSend alternatives.
