Most free tiers in this corpus withhold whole features. EmailOctopus withholds counts instead. Every builder, template and reporting surface is the same on Starter as on Pro; what the free plan limits is how many of each you may have, and the numbers are small enough to be reached quickly. Three automations is the tightest of them: a welcome sequence, a re-engagement sequence and a tag-based trigger already exhaust the allowance. Ten fields and ten tags per list is the second, and it constrains segmentation without appearing to.
The four rows marked No are stated as absences of published evidence, not as denials: neither the pricing page nor the knowledge base names an A/B test, an SMS product, a CRM or a transactional relay anywhere. Read alongside the columns above, the shape is a deliberately narrow product. No plan prices are quoted here beyond the plan names, because the tier ladder belongs to the pricing tab.
Plan costs and the subscriber-tier ladder are on the EmailOctopus pricing page. The overall assessment is in the EmailOctopus review, hostnames and ports are under EmailOctopus SMTP settings, and comparable platforms sit under EmailOctopus alternatives.
